Development Director Valoree Gregory
joined the College of Sciences development office in
March 2005. Previously she was director of development
and alumni relations for the WSU College of Education
for three years. Her other development experience was
as the chief development officer for one of the
nation’s largest Humane Society organizations, in
Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Valoree is a Steptoe, Washington, native and a
Washington State University graduate. She earned her
WSU degree in kinesiology in 1989 and recently
completed a master’s degree in philanthropic
studies from Indiana University.

Gabe Brannon

Assistant Director of Development Gabe Brannan joined the College of Sciences in July 2005 after serving in the same position for the College of Education. A native of Colfax, Washington, Gabe graduated from Washington State University with a B.A. in English with an emphasis in creative writing.
Gabe is head coach for the Pullman YMCA swimming program and he swam for Pullman High School and Arizona State University. Gabe’s mother, father, and brother all graduated from the WSU College of Education.
As a development officer, Gabe’s primary duties are managing annual giving and President’s Associates for the College of Sciences. Contact Gabe if you are interested in supporting Washington State University and the College of Sciences.
Connie Barner

Office manager and Development Coordinator Connie Barner has been at WSU for 15 years. She had worked in the Office of Undergraduate Education, and the departments of Microbiology, Botany and Food Science and Human Nutrition before joining the development office in August of 2005. Connie takes care of the office budget, arranges travel and helps with special events.
As receptionist, she will help you get in touch with or leave messages for the other development team members.
