College of Sciences

So Many Ways to Enrich Your College Years!

Washington State University is a residential institution, which means most students live either on campus or very nearby. The University offers its students many opportunities for social, athletic and intellectual growth. Many students join one of the more than 105 registered student organizations.

In the College of Sciences many departments host clubs focused on their instructional discipline. Most of these groups are advised by science faculty and offer social activities as well as enriching students’ learning experiences and offering opportunities to learn about careers.

Nearly all the science clubs are open to non-science majors who may just share a common interest in a subject. We invite you to get involved!
